It's me

I'm Marion, or Poppy, which stands for the Californian state flower. I'm the founder of Mandwerk and well, some say I'm "a bit crazy and a little hippie" and others say "she is the sweet girl next door". I consider myself relatively normal and love thinking outside the box.

Since I was little, I have loved being creative. I am drawn giving old things a second chance and rummaging around for treasures at flea markets. Over the years and through a process of experiences and life events, I came to open my own business - right by the sea, on the beautiful island of Rügen - upcycling furniture, handmade maritime souvenirs and a colorful range of Second Hand Clothing. The building is also upcycled, so to speak. It used to be a fishing production facility and now I have the honor of bringing the old historic Haus Neptun back to life.
